Stage 3 of the Michigan-Pittsburgh-Wyss Regenerative Medicine Resource Center is funded by NIH/NIDCR!  Dr. Kohn is PI and Director of this national center, along with Will Giannobile at UM, Charles Sfeir and Bill Wagner at Pittsburgh and Dave Mooney at Harvard.  This grant, funded at over $30M is geared toward translating regenerative medicine technologies into patients, and is the largest grant in the history of the Dental School

TEAM Training Grant renewed for another 5 years!  Dr. Kohn is PI and Director of this NIH training program in tissue engineering and regeneration which supports 11 trainees per year in OHS, BME and PIBS.  This training program, funded for years 41-45 for $2.9M, is the longest standing training program on campus.
